Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Raising a returns ticket

If you wish to return your CMS SupaTrak product(s) you must first send an email to, including the following information:

Organisation name
CMS account number
The reason you are looking to return your CMS SupaTrak product(s)
Hardware serial numbers or part numbers where available

Once sent, you will receive an automated response which will include a support ticket number. This ticket number is your returns number and should be referred to in all future correspondence regarding this return. 

Returning your item(s)

Please send all returns to the following address:

Your returns number must be included on the outside of any packaging used to return the product(s).

Please note that all product(s) should be returned as a complete kit, in working order* and in a good condition. If this is not the case, or if the returns process is not followed, CMS SupaTrak may not be able to supply replacement hardware, process your refund or additional charges may be applicable in the case of rental product(s) being returned. 

*Unless a warranty claim is being submitted.

Returned product(s) inspection

All product(s) returned will be inspected by the appropriate team or organisation. If an issue is identified then we will provide you with an update via email as soon as possible. Alternatively, we will notify you that a replacement product has been despatched or a credit note issued.
