We are committed to creating a supportive and open culture within our company, where our colleagues can talk about mental health openly and freely. In doing this, we aspire to appropriately support the mental wellbeing of all our employees.
As part of our Wellbeing improvement journey, we have created a resource centre where all our staff can access professional and personal development courses, find out about evening resilience seminars, or even take early up morning yoga or meditation. Many of the courses are cheaper than a cup of coffee as well as some of them being totally free.
CMS SupaTrak truly believe that our staff are our greatest asset. We chose to become a Mindful Employer because we are joining countless other companies that are keen to work towards better mental health in the workplace, such as the University of Oxford, Santander, and Morrisons. Mindful Employer are partnered with the NHS and provide exclusive training courses for our employees.
Looking after the wellbeing of our staff is important. That is why we have also achieved the Silver Investors in People award, and are now aiming for Gold.
