Scarlet Couriers go Wireless

Established in 1982, Scarlet Couriers has grown to be one of the largest independent couriers working outside central London. Operating over 70 bikes, light vans and transits, they promise not to keep their customers waiting!  As founder members of the National Courier Association, they are committed to uncompromising quality of service.

The Thames Valley based courier company kicked off the shackles recently when it implemented the groundbreaking Tracking and Mobile Worker solution from SupaTrak. For a low fixed monthly subscription fee, all of Scarlet’s vehicles are constantly monitored with 30 second location updates.  Hovering over a vehicle icon on the solution’s mapping screen, full load information is provided including time of POD and electronic signature for each delivery.  In addition, the ‘locate by post-code’ option allows controllers to pin-point the nearest driver to any immediate pick-up.
